Lilac Charm

While touring my garden, people always exclaim over Lilac Charm and want to know her name. One of my first unusual rose purchases, this Floribunda repeats quickly. In my garden, the stems on this rose tend to be on the short side, which is something I need to allow for when choosing a vase or arrangement style.
