About me
I live in Lafayette, California, a suburb of the San Francisco Bay Area. I love roses! They’re my muse in photography, writing, and garden design. Our garden, of more than 300 roses, provides endless inspiration, including the publication of two rose books: The Poetry of Roses (1995); R is for Rose (2005). I’ve wanted a photoblog for a long time. Now, I finally have one, and I relish the freedom and opportunity to share images with you, even pictures without roses. Enjoy, and let me know what you think, Carolyn PS My 2009 wall calendar will be ready for sale soon at Amazon. Here's a shot of the cover with a bouquet of moss roses.
